The Carlisle Exiles class follows the standard Exiles curriculum, which is based on the teachings of Fiore dei Liberi (c 1410).
The curriculum covers Unarmed, Dagger, 1 handed and 2 handed sword use, polearms and armour.The entire system is integrated, for example unarmed techniques working within the sword techniques and we follow a level grading system within the curriculum
